Before I purchase a package, I want to get an idea of the video quality. How can I do that?
For a sample of the video quality, we recommend that you play the Test Clip. To play the Test clip, Click Here. We encourage all our customers to play the Test Clip, prior to making a purchase. This checks for system compatibility, in addition to demonstrating the video quality. If you feel that your system meets the minimum requirements, and have a broadband internet connection, but are still unable to see the video clip clearly, than please Contact us.
What will the quality of the video be in a live scenario, when there is a lot of traffic?
The video in a live scenario will be streamed at around 300 kbps (similar to that in the test clip). In the near future, we plan to add a higher bandwidth option.
Do I need a broadband connection to watch a match?
Yes, you will need to have a broadband connection, which can be either a DSL or High-Speed Cable Internet connection, to be able to watch the video.
